1. General Information


These terms and conditions will apply when you submit an order to SON ("SON" or "us") through the www.sonleung.com website.


By submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). So please make sure you read and understand these before submitting your order.


You must be at least 18 years old, without guardianship, and not acting in a company capacity to submit an order. You must also have a detailed shipping address.


We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without notice. The version of the Terms on www.sonleung.com when you submit your order will be the applicable version. Therefore, we recommend that you store a physical or electronic copy of the relevant terms when you shop.



2. Price and Shipping


Prices shown on www.sonleung.com do not include shipping.


www.sonleung.com website, mobile app and store prices may vary. We reserve the right to typographical errors and to change prices.


Shipping is the same for all orders, regardless of the size or weight of the order. Shipping charges are clearly indicated during the checkout process. If we are unable to deliver all items in an order and multiple deliveries are required, no additional subsequent shipping charges will be charged.



3. Order/Contract


Ordering methods can be selected through the www.sonleung.com website. To learn more, please visit our Customer Service page.


Items for purchase can be collected in the shopping bag using the "Add" button. After completing your order with your chosen payment method, you will bundle the items in your shopping bag. We will send you a confirmation email for submitting your order. Please note that submitting an order is an offer and does not constitute a binding contract until we approve the order. Once your order has been approved, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with all order related information. The shipping confirmation email means we have approved your order.


If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for the order, we will attempt to refund the appropriate amount through the same method used to make the payment. If alternative arrangements are required for any reason, we will contact you to resolve the refund.


Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled. However, upon receipt of your order, you may choose to return the order in accordance with the instructions in Section 5 (Right of Return).



4. Delivery


SON will make every effort to process and approve orders and will make every effort to deliver the order to your shipping address according to the selected shipping method.


We will communicate expected delivery details before you place your order. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email after we ship it.


SON will dispatch orders as soon as possible in the order in which they were submitted. Unless otherwise agreed, we strive to ship by the same day in the month following the order confirmation.


While we strive to ship within the stated time frame, due to unforeseen events, it may take longer to ship. If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please contact SON Customer Service on instagram @son.b.852 or email info@sonleung.com and we will assist you.


Packages that have not been delivered after multiple attempts or have not been picked up at the pick-up location will be considered a cancelled order as detailed in Section 5 (Right of Return) below.



5. Right of return


If there is a problem with the quality of our goods, the customer will have the option of a refund or exchange.


It's best to use the pre-printed return slip that came with the package when it arrived. Please complete the return form and place it in the package with the item(s) to be returned, then follow the return instructions in Section 7 (Returns) below.


You can also notify us by emailing SON Customer Service at info@sonleung.com. Please follow the return instructions in Section 7 (Returns) below to return the item(s). When notifying us, you may choose to use the following optional templates:


We would like to inform SON that:


I will cancel the sales contract for the following item (order number) received on (date). Regards, (your name, address and date).


If you choose to use your right of return, we will refund you the amount of the order [including shipping] [without shipping].


Refunds will be made as soon as possible in the same manner as your previous payment, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the item or proof that you have returned the item in question.


SON guarantees a full refund for all returned merchandise, provided the returned item is in the same condition as it was delivered. If an item shows any signs of damage, dirt, cleaning, alteration or wear (other than trying on the item), we reserve the right to deduct from your refund an amount equal to the value of the item. Please note that for health and hygiene reasons, certain products (such as but not limited to underwear, pierced jewelry, masks) will not be returned once they are opened.



6. Flaws


In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, all products must be in perfect condition, which means they should conform to the contract of sale, be fit for purpose and have the same performance as any other similar product.


If you have received a defective item and you become aware of the defect within 30 days of receiving the item, please follow the instructions in Section 5 (Right of Return). If defects are discovered after this period has expired, please contact us on instagram @son.b.852 or email info@sonleung.com to notify SON Customer Service and we will assist you. For any item deemed defective, we will repair or replace it with a new item based on the item and the defect. If the above method is not feasible, we will offer a discount or refund according to your preference.



7. Return


To return, place the item(s) you wish to return in the same package in which it arrived, and arrange for a pick-up service for your return.

9. Our Responsibilities


Unless otherwise provided by mandatory law, SON's liability to you is limited to each of the circumstances described in these terms.


SON shall not be liable for consequential damages (such as lost profits or opportunities) as a consequence of substantial loss or damage, or for failure to deliver or perform any other obligation under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, This includes, but is not limited to, fire, flood, storm or other natural disaster, riot, government action, strike, lockout, blockade, civil unrest, war, nuclear accident, terrorist activity, epidemic, virus or similar event.


Unless otherwise required by mandatory law, our maximum liability for any loss or damage arising out of an order from www.sonleung.com shall be limited to the total amount of the order.


We endeavour to ensure that the information on www.sonleung.com is complete, accurate and up-to-date. However, despite our best efforts, the information on www.sonleung.com may sometimes be inaccurate, complete or out of date. We reserve the right to such inaccuracies, as well as technical errors, typographical errors, late deliveries and limited quantities of items in stock.



10. Color and size


We try to display product characteristics as accurately as possible, including ingredients and colors. The colors you see will depend on your device and we cannot guarantee that your device will display these colors accurately.


The dimensions of an item provided on www.sonleung.com are approximate only to give you a better understanding of its model or cut and are not express guarantees of the actual size of the item received. The final size of the item will vary depending on the materials used in the production process.



11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We resolve potential client complaints in accordance with locally applicable dispute resolution regulations established in each market.



12. Transfer


SON reserves the right to assign or mortgage any payment claims related to your order to a third party.



13. Termination


If any court or regulatory authority disallows or finds any part of these terms to be invalid, the other terms shall continue to apply.



14. Attribution of rights


All intellectual property rights (such as trademarks and copyrights in www.sonleung.com) are owned by SON, its affiliates or licensors. Any use of www.sonleung.com or its contents in any form, including reproduction or storage of such contents in whole or in part, is prohibited, except for personal non-commercial use, without permission from SON.
